Who We Are
Corling is a strategy-first brand studio. We exist to awaken hidden potential in people, ideas, and organizations — and we believe the best brands aren't assembled. They're lived in. Layered. Felt before they're fully understood.
We call this Brand Maximalism. Not more noise. More meaning. And right now, we're looking for someone who can help us bring that to life — visually, consistently, and in real time — across the digital channels where our clients live.
02
The Role
This isn't a strategy role. It's an execution role — and we mean that as the highest compliment. Content only starts to work once there's volume and consistency, and that takes someone who can move.
As our Content Producer, you'll capture and create across formats — Reels, Stories, day-in-the-life moments, behind-the-scenes, brand vignettes — for Corling and for select clients. You'll shoot. You'll edit. You'll post. You'll do it again tomorrow.
Over time, there's room to layer in more strategic thinking. But first, we need momentum. And momentum requires a person who knows what they're looking at and can turn it into something worth stopping for.

What You'll Do
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and Stories — often on the same day
- Capture brand moments in real time: client work, studio life, process, culture
- Write captions and hooks that feel human — not like a press release, not like a hashtag pile
- Edit for social pacing: native formats, trending cuts, platform-specific storytelling
- Assist in developing light content calendars and shoot plans
- Stay ahead of format trends so we're never two cycles behind
- Collaborate with the studio team on brand storytelling for clients across industries
04
Who You Are
You're someone who sees content everywhere. A conversation, a texture, a moment of light — you're already framing it. You don't need direction to notice what's worth capturing.
You know your way around an iPhone.
Mics, lighting, angles — you set up a shot quickly and it looks intentional
You edit for social-first.
Reels pacing, hooks, captions that earn the scroll — you understand why one version lands and another doesn't
You have instinct for what's trending.
Not because you follow every account, but because you're genuinely curious about culture and what moves through it
You move fast without cutting corners.
High volume and high quality aren't opposites to you — they're just the standard
You understand brand storytelling.
Our clients aren't becoming influencers. They're building a digital presence that feels like them — and you know the difference
You're comfortable being a self-starter.
You don't need every moment scripted. You see the opportunity and you make something
